Welcome to the EFA Teen Lounge, a vibrant space designed for high school students to come together, connect, and engage in enriching activities. Open Monday through Thursday from 6 PM to 8 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM to 8 PM, our lounge provides a supportive environment where teens can forge lasting friendships, share experiences, and collaborate on various projects. Throughout the year, we will organize learner-led events, dances, activities, and parties, giving students the opportunity to take charge of their experiences and showcase their creativity.
At the EFA Teen Lounge, we believe in nurturing curiosity and empowering our students to explore new interests. Our weekly events include Friday Night Movie Nights, where we screen popular films, and Saturday Game Nights at 7 PM, featuring a mix of board games and video games. We also offer special life skills workshops, such as Basic Car Maintenance 101, equipping teens with practical knowledge that prepares them for the future. Additionally, our Community Suggestion Board allows students to express their interests and suggest topics they want to learn about, ensuring that our programming is relevant and engaging.
The EFA Teen Lounge is more than just a place to hang out; it’s a community built on kindness, empathy, and support. By cultivating an environment where teens can lead and direct their own experiences, we empower them to take the reins on their journey. Our focus on connection, curiosity, and collaboration allows us to foster meaningful relationships among students while providing parents peace of mind. Together, we create a space where teens can thrive and explore their unique brilliance in a safe and engaging atmosphere.
